I’m Jhamile Abuabara, an Organizational Architect and the creator of the H.T.G.C.™ Method. My work lives at the intersection of human leadership, technological enablement, and scalable organizational design.

With over two decades of experience across different countries, I apply Systemic Synchrony to help companies scale without losing their soul, bridging human leadership with the technology and operations that make it real.

The Human-Tech Core

I’ve always believed organizations are not just structures of capital and code, they’re living ecosystems. This photo reflects my life’s work: building high-trust environments where people and technology grow in sync. My mission is to make sure that as a company scales, it doesn’t lose the human connection that made it work in the first place.

2000 – 2002 | Digital Foundations

My journey began at Nortel Networks, bridging academic research with e-Business strategies across LATAM. This early immersion in global corporate operations defined my understanding of how technology must serve as the backbone for organizational growth. Subsequently, I led the digital architecture and brand positioning for a tech-focused firm, launching their first scalable online platform and digital ecosystem.

2002 – 2019 | Systems, Supply Chains & Global Scaling

In Buenos Aires, I consolidated my strategic foundation with an MBA and a Master’s in Marketing, leading corporate communication for the industrial railway sector. This period was vital for mastering the operational discipline required in complex systems.

In 2010, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching two international textile brands. This 12-year journey across Peru and Colombia was my “real-world lab” for Growth Architecture, managing cross-border supply chains and building digital nervous systems that support leaders navigating high-stakes expansion.

2020 – Present | The Consolidation: H.T.G.C.™ Method

My relocation to Europe marked the final synthesis of over 20+ years of global experience. In 2026, I officially registered the H.T.G.C.™ Method (Human-Tech- Growth- Culture), a systemic framework designed to align culture, technology, and scale.

Today, as a finalist for the Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 and founder of DMK Tribe (7,000+ members), I architect the structures that allow leaders to scale with coherence. I don’t just consult; I provide the blueprint for the next generation of resilient, human-centered organizations.
